"Parallel Streams” is a collaborative project under the Japan Artist Duo Residency with a drawing artist, Takehito Koganezawa, organized by Van Gogh House, London. The two artists engaged their fieldwork parallelly for the research environment of the River Thames based on “variations of flow of water.” Kamimura recorded sounds at several points alongside the river. Kayaking recording from Cremorne Gardens to Kew Bridge was one of the highlights.
As the first fruit of it, they performed an audio-live drawing performance at Japan House London.
